Will walking 10 ks on the treamill help?

im 163 cm and 89 kgs and everyday i walk round about 10 ks on the treeadmill i dont do it all at once i break it up so that ido 2 ks then have a break and then so fourth it makes me feel great mind you ive only dont it everyday for about a week i go on and off it all the time but if i stick to it and do it everyday will i thin out and tone my arms, thighs, calves and belly those are my main areas i hate there like jelly my thighs are wobbly and my calves are huge and tight and my arms and belly are gross so if i do 10 ks or more on the treadmill half on incline the other normally will it tone up my trouble areas
