Am I worrying too much about this?

My very good friend has been away from school for almost 3 weeks b/c she's apparently sick. What I'm super worried about is that nobody has heard from her, she hasn't even been on Facebook which she is usually on everyday. Then yesterday every post on her wall that said "get better soon" and such was just mysteriously deleted right off her wall, even my comment. I'm super worried but I don't know if I'm over-reacting...?
