Where are some TRUE dropshippers and/or wholesalers?

I've spent hours searching for a dropshipper or a wholesaler because I am looking to start a business. I have spent hours looking at several "wholesale" sites, but they all looked illegitimate. I can tell, because they said the value of a wii at the store is $800 and they were selling it for $400.
