Can I change the shape of my birthmark with a tattoo?

I have a birthmark on my bottom that is a perfect circle, and about the size of a dime. It's a really dark brown. I'd like to turn it into a heart shape so that it looks like I have a birthmark shaped like a heart. I don't want it to be light colored. Black or brown would be fine. Does this sound possible?
