Where can I meet a girl?

Ok, this is really hard. I am 14 8 months (going into grade 10) 15 in may. I am too young to get into any clubs/bars/etc, I am too young to drive, and I can't do it at school, because I am the least popular guy there. (You know the typical loser, freak guy who never has a date from every teen movie you have ever seen?) and all the girls hate me because im not some poser jock ********. School is not an option. Where can i meet a girl who will go out with me? I dont want to be the only guy without a girlfriend or the only virgin in the frat (future)
