Turtle help? 10 points best answer?

we had a red ear slider turtle (Tom) for a few years now but his little buddy (jerry) died. =[[[ so tehn we got a new turtle but apperantly red ear sliders are illegal in florida =]]]] so wee got a yellow belly turtle thing and we think its a girl =o they're getting along fine but it looked like they were, ummmm, "jumping" each other (if you catch my drift) =]] the yellow one is a little bit smaller then tom but is it possible for them to, like, 'breed'??? my dad wants to know. and so do i =]]]] thanks!
