Do i talk to her or ignore her?

definitely should NOT talk to her, its okay that your grammer is off. You must have had alot of frustration built upon writing this, i take Muay Thai and if anyone did anything similiar to what they did to me, their face would have been on the gr instead of mines. Im not about to promote violence but more in favor of self defense, (im just saying) For the most part, you should confront the other friend and NOT be friends with her anymore. To tell you the truth she is not a friend to begin with and i agree with the first response, you should definitely REPORT the incident or else it will happen again. You should never be bullied like that NO ONE should.....
