37 weeks pregnant and belly gone soft?

right WELL.... last week i been feeling dribbles of water nothing major but when i felt this i knew never felt this before so would go to toilet and check to find i had wet knickers...last night i had and started having leakage again and i was getting period type pains at the top of my noony!! i have woke up this morning and my belly is really really squiggy and feels fatty ....where its felt really hard and im worried, i dont want to tell my midwife as i may be over reacting i can still feel her moving about....does anyone know why this is? or what it means?
