The Birds (1963) Notes, Please help!?

Hi, i have a huge paper due Monday about the film, The Birds, by Alfred Hitch. One part of the paper due is to have organized notes that explain, the plot details, setting, conflict (man vs man etc.), foreshadowing, and explaining the effects (visuals/sound)..any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
