Can you imagine that it's possible that the following will NEVER be elected into base Hall of Fame?

Maybe I'm Naive but i do see some from your list eventually being put in the HOF. I think in the case of Bonds especially he will be punished by being denied at first but he will eventually will be in since his records where still good even before his scandal happened.
