Emerengcy: I don't know if I have appendicitis or not!?

I have a tummy ache in the right side if my stomach. It hurts than goes away. Then it comes back. I don't know what to do. I already had a bowel movement. I don't want to go to the doctors office. I don't want to get a surgery. What should I do. Can you please help me. I'm 14 years old. When I push down on it, it does not hurt. But when i don't push on it, it does hurt. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
