How can you contact crew members from a cruise ship?

I just went on Serenade of the Seas on a cruise to Alaska May 24-31 and I didn't get any contact information. I got my waiters email but I didn't get to get some other waiters email. He was not our waiter but he always came over to our table and talked to us and he was really nice. I wish I would have got his email or something from him. If you can help me that would be great. Did anyone go on this cruise?
