If a person waits 2 weeks to report an incident, could that other person still get in trouble (I'm SO scared)?
My mom & I got into an altercation last week because she was upset that I decided to leave to go back to my house since she tried to bribe me into spending the night, & she DELIBERATELY gave me pissy blankets to sleep on, just to hike up a fight. When I smelled the blankets (that's not the 1st time she did that) she got mad & called me PARANOID & then started pushing me as I was leaving. So I blocked her & pushed her off of me, & now she's making threats to have me in jail. She had taken 10 doses of steroid pills 30 minutes before that & was fussing with my dad. Well, the next day she went out of town & will be gone for 2 weeks. I'm very afraid that a criminal charge would wrongfully be put on me. I suffer Tourette's (tics & outbursts increase in anxiety-provoking situations, & the outburst kicked in so intensely that I angrily slammed the door & didn't realize that I broke it. She made me THAT mad. & she picks fights with everyone. She called my brother & told him she wishes him dead.
