My GTA 4 game broke in my 360, what can I do?

I dont know what happen I was just playing then the console(360) pops up a message disc not clean take it out and wipe it with a cloth. so i do that and put it back and it says unreadable media, so i take it out again and I see that it has a crack from the midle out(were the whole in the middle is). Can i take it back to the store (bestbuy) or should i call xbox and tell them about it?
