A question of honesty.?

If you back into a neighbours bin with your car you clean the mess up, it's down to BP to fix it and pay for any costs cleaning the spillage up. The chairman of BP isn't going hungry tonight in fact next Tax year i'm sure he'll get a bonus. BP will see this as an excuse to push their fuel prices up and as usual its the Consumer who has to pay for their ups.
