Why didn't I hear any Liberals calling Clinton Hitler or evil when he helped Milosevic bomb Serbia?

Helped good ol Milosevic kill thousands of people, we even bombed countless refugee wagons ourselves, drove em all out of their homes so Milosevic could burn them to the ground which is what he wanted.Where was the Liberal outrage on this one?
