Harmonic intervals and vibratory phenon and waves?

if A note@ 440Hz is doubled gives us A# 880Hz, its octave /then could not the same be true of much faster Hz say like 120Khz then double to 240Khz or 500.000 Khz double to 1,000,000Khz and are there true physical harmonies that exist beyond our range of hearing? and waht about light waves which can be divided into harmonic intervals much like a soundwave? does harmonics exist in lightwaves also?
